What is Josh Dialer?

It's a little helper that lives inside GoHighLevel and makes your calling faster. Instead of hunting through the CRM for who to call next, it puts the best next lead right on your screen and dials it for you with one tap.

Part 1 · Install it

Save & unzip the file

Save josh-dialer-webstore.zip to your Desktop, then double-click it. You'll get a folder called josh-dialer-webstore.

Open the Chrome extensions page

In Chrome's address bar at the top, type chrome://extensions and press Enter.

Turn on Developer mode

Top-right of that page, flip the Developer mode switch ON.

Click "Load unpacked" and pick the folder

Top-left, click Load unpacked, then choose the josh-dialer-webstore folder from step 1 and click Open.

Open GoHighLevel & click the green Set up button

Open GoHighLevel (if it's already open, press ⌘R to refresh). A Josh Dialer box shows up bottom-right on its own — no need to click any extension icon. Click the green 🔑 Set up button in it.

Back on GoHighLevel, refresh. The little dot is orange — it just needs to watch one call. Make one normal call to any lead (or your own phone). The dot turns green. That's it.

Setup's done. Here's how you actually use it every day 👇

Part 2 · How to use it

Look at the box — that's your next leadIt always shows the single best person to call next, with a reason (fresh buyer, no-show, follow-up, etc.).

Tap CallIt dials that person on your normal number and the screen jumps to their conversation. Talk like usual.

When the call ends, pick what happenedTap one: No answer · Bad number · Callback (pick a time) · Talked / other. If you booked them, just tap Talked — the calendar handles the booking.

The next lead loads — repeatTap Call again. That's the whole rhythm.

Want hands-free? Flip on AutoAfter each outcome it counts down 3-2-1 and dials the next one by itself. Turn it off anytime.

🔔 New leads that pop up

When a brand-new lead comes in, a green card appears with a ping sound — even if you stepped away, it waits for you.

Call nowCalls that lead right away — best for speed, fresh leads convert way better when you're fast.

CloseDismisses just that card (they stay in your normal list to call later). Each card has its own Close.
