Shows exactly who to call next — ranked, live, right inside your CRM — and dials them in one click.
⬇ Download Josh Dialerchrome://extensions and click the ↻ reload icon on the Josh Dialer card. Refresh your CRM — you're updated. (Skip to the checklist below.)Double-click the downloaded Josh-Dialer.zip → you get a folder called josh-dialer-latest.
Keep it somewhere safe (Documents is fine) — Chrome runs the extension straight from this folder.
Open a tab → go to chrome://extensions
Turn on Developer mode (toggle, top-right) → Load unpacked → pick the josh-dialer-latest folder.
The Josh Dialer icon appears in your toolbar.
Right-click the Josh Dialer icon → Options. Paste this in, hit Save (tap to copy):
Your private key — links the dialer to your queue. Don't share it.
Go to app.gohighlevel.com and log in like normal (it shows as Car Rental OS). The dialer panel slides in on its own.
Top lead is your next call. Hit Call → it opens the lead and dials them for you.
If it was already open, refresh the tab first.
1. "List updated ___ ago" shows a few minutes ago = your list is live.
2. Hit Call → your CRM starts ringing the lead. That's it, end to end.
If "List updated" ever shows hours or days, flag it. Otherwise dial from the top.
